What We Build

- Acreage homes — site-responsive homes on rural and semi-rural land across SEQ's acreage corridors. We handle bushfire attack level (BAL) compliance, geotechnical requirements, OWTS systems, civil works, and site access.
- Secondary dwellings — detached granny flats, attached suites, and home offices up to 80m². Suitable for rental income, multi-generational living, or home office use. We manage council approvals (CDC and DA pathways).

Zen Sanctuary operates as a design-and-build studio. We manage the full project journey — from initial consultation and concept design through council approvals, construction, and handover. We do not broker or subcontract our builds to volume builders.
