Assessment, Concept and Pricing Estimate
The site analysis to evaluate key factors such as orientation, topography, access, and local regulations. Next, we collaborate with you on the design. We can work with your existing plans or, if you're starting from scratch, our team can help you create a new concept. This collaboration results in preliminary designs, including sketches and floor plans, which allow us to provide you with a detailed cost breakdown.
Time: 3-10 business days
Design Finalisation and Structural Engineering
The design is finalised with BIM-ready drawings, structural analysis and regulatory approval performed with certification from an engineer
Time: 10 business days
Manufacturing
Your kit is precision crafted (and test fitted) according to your specifications and delivered to your site
Time: 2-3 Months
Construction
Your beautiful residence is constructed on-site, with meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
