From there, we work hand-in-hand with you to craft preliminary designs and provide a clear, comprehensive cost breakdown. We are your partners, dedicated to bringing your unique vision to life with clarity and care every step of the way.
Assessment, Concept and Pricing Estimate
The site analysis to evaluate key factors such as orientation, topography, access, and local regulations. Next, we collaborate with you on the design. We can work with your existing plans or, if you're starting from scratch, our team can help you create a new concept. This collaboration results in preliminary designs, including sketches and floor plans, which allow us to provide you with a detailed cost breakdown.
Time: 3-10 business days
Design Finalisation and Structural Engineering
The design is finalised with BIM-ready drawings, structural analysis and regulatory approval performed with certification from an engineer
Time: 10 business days
Manufacturing
Your Home is precision crafted (and test fitted) according to your specifications with high quality materials
Time: 8 weeks
Delivery
The pre-fabricated home is numbered, packadged thoughtfully and delivered to your site from our manufacturing facility.
Time: 4 weeks
Aftercare
We will stay in contact with you throughout the construction process in order to provide assistance and guidance where needed.
